In an effort to aid law enforcement, health care, education, and business audiences cope with conflict, nationally-recognized conflict management training firm, Vistelar, has launched its first online training course.
Vistelar teaches “Verbal Defense and Influence” conflict management to aid people in handling conflict at work and at home. To enable people around the world to grapple with conflict and have positive outcomes, Vistelar went live with its first virtual training course on January 12th.
Vistelar’s virtual training includes a self-paced training module, a 40-page workbook and a 90-minute weekly webinar series that runs for six weeks. “We all know conflict happens. Our training helps people and organizations manage it when it does,” said Vistelar CEO Al Oelschlaeger. “By taking our training online, our goal is to help people anywhere handle their conflicts with up-to-date and accessible tools.”
