(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, April 23, 2015 ) Seattle, WA -- Customers are the cornerstone of any business. TrioSportsUSA (Trio) indicates that they are able to improve by listening to their customers. A recent customer requested uncut foam for the product. Trio responded that, at this time, uncut foam is not a product. However, it is under consideration.
In this particular scenario, a Trio employee sent the customer a piece of foam that is in current format. The suggestion was that the customer may be able to cut out the foam shapes of his choice for his GoPro Hero 3 Case. Should the endeavor prove to be unsuccessful, no loss. The customer is going to receive the foam at no additional cost.
When the Marketing Director learned of this, he immediately asked the product review team to research the viability of such an offering. It has recently been noted that GoPro sales have been through the roof with no signs of slowing down significantly. With that knowledge, the Marketing Director has been open to any customer suggestion that may improve that customer's experience with Trio's GoPro Hero 3 Case.
Oftentimes, a product may "hit the mark", but the real ability to excel in the customer's eyes is to build on that experience. Trio expressed gratitude to the customer and the customer promptly shared that not only would the uncut foam assist with current GoPro Hero 3 camera owners, but other types of camera owners as well. Trio's case advertised as a "GoPro Hero 3 Case" but is aware that other uses for the case are not uncommon.
The Marketing Director for Trio has indicated that a customer uses of the camera case may be used to show others how the case is in use.
