ManageByStats.com announces Email Append Service
"I found that I needed this service for my own business" says the CEO and owner of ManageByStats.com, Philip Jepsen. "Once I had used it myself, and added almost 15,000 email addresses to my retail customer database, I realized that it would be something that all our software business customers would need as well. So, I brought in the skill sets needed to provide it and we have now serviced our first few business customers with it, and the feedback has been great."
The Email Append service is a simple process, but is something that still requires technical skill and business integrity. The process utilizes existing databases of email addresses that contain enough information that makes it possible to match up an email address with an existing customer record, just based on having the first name, last name and postal address of a customer.
To many companies, this is a very valuable piece of information, since they are more than likely using some form of email platform to stay in touch with their customers. And many times companies, for various reasons, don't get their customer's email address. Sometimes it's just missed when getting the customer's contact information, or simply forgotten during the sales process by some employee. But as is well known in today's business world, email communications are a vital part of any business - for customer service reasons, quality control and marketing reasons.
