At times when power outages are prevalent, car batteries are the next best source that people should utilize. And in order to use electronic devices, there must be a way to charge the batteries by way of solar chargers or a USB car charger. Nowadays, digital apps are instrumental in disseminating information and updates during an emergency or disaster.
