The promotion campaign, which has been dumped "Be Seen. Be Safe", will run on the week prior to Halloween.
Puna reports that by using glow sticks during this year's Halloween, can keep kids safe as they play in the night. The company advices the use of glow sticks to light up dark corridors, stairways and objects that kids may stumble into as they play.

During the promotion period, the company will be making the premium glow sticks available to parents at a reduced price. Through its official YouTube channel and blog, the company will also be offering safety tips on the use of glow sticks.
"While glow sticks can save lives, they can also be dangerous if used unsafely. Parents have to take precaution that kids do not break the tubes and swallow the chemicals inside," Bruno said.
Glow sticks are popular for use in Halloween celebrations, which are held on October 31, every year. Apart from providing illumination, kids also love ripping open the glow sticks to experiment with the contents inside. Data collected from poison control centers around the nation indicate that they receive many calls concerning potential glow stick poisoning during the Halloween period.
"While the contents inside the tube are not dangerous, they need to be handled with respect. Parents should warn their children not to rip open the plastic that contains the glow stick chemicals," Bruno said.
This is the first time that Puna's Premium glow sticks, which are sold primarily through the Amazon online stores will be available for use during Halloween.
