The Physical Products division of GreenTerraFirma, initially created a single website location for sourcing all information related to their new iPhone case and screen protector. This enhanced iPhone 6+ case area now includes separate sections for product details, product images, customer reviews, blog articles, new releases and a feedback form. "Adding a bog to the support area gives us the ability to ask customers for specific feedback on features and future enhancements," added Bruce Knight. Initial customer feedback has been only positive.
GreenTerraFirma, following their common sense roots, decided to combine a crystal clear iPhone 6+ case, with a professional grade, film style screen protector, in a single box. Since most iPhone 6+ owners want both items, why not put them in the same package. The clear case, made from TPU for strength, is 0.5mm thin. This reduces bulk, for an already large cell phone. The screen protector is comprised of six layers, resulting in a rigid film that is easy to apply without adding bubbles.
The enhanced product support area on the GreenTerraFirma website augments existing Facebook and Twitter accounts. Support is never far away.
