(IT-NEWSWIRE.COM, July 25, 2015 ) Austin, Texas -- Bright Spot Ventures announces the global launch of their new "Green" product division, i-Gruv (www.i-gruv.com).
Bright Spot Ventures focuses on investing in products, ideas and companies that are focused on "helping make the world a better place" and announced earlier this year their goal of becoming one of the world leaders in bringing more "green" products and solutions to the market.
"Bright Spot Ventures is super passionate about developing and working with green "earth" friendly companies and products, but it was the overwhelming demand from our customers and clients that we realized we needed to move a whole lot faster. That's when we decided to launch i-Gruv," said Jerry Riggs - Head of Product Development.
Working with its strategic partners around the globe, i-Gruv will be launching a number of new environmentally friendly products throughout 2015 that are not only green but cost effective as well. "Anytime you can help someone save money while helping the environment is a pretty good thing", said Jerry.
Responding to feedback from customers and market, i-Gruv recently launched its first product of 100% Organic New Zealand wool Dryer Balls this year. "With electricity costs increasing from 4.4% to 7.9% annually, having a product that reduces drying time by 15-22% equates to a whole lot less money the consumer has to spend drying clothes and is less stress on the environment. We see this a super important, especially in countries where energy costs are on the rise like in US, Canada, Germany, Northern Europe, Japan and Singapore", said Jerry.
With sales doubling month over month and customer demand growing, i-Gruv is increasing production in response to the overwhelming demand for more products.
"We knew the Dryer Balls would be a hit but honestly had no idea they would be this popular and are working to increase production in time for the fall and winter seasons when electricity consumption increases almost 2X", said Jerry.
With the successful launch of i-Gruv Smart Dryer Balls, Bright Spot Ventures has committed additional investments in product and partnership funding to accelerate the launch of additional products later this year. "We've gotten so much positive feedback and great new ideas from our customers and individuals that we've had to divert a sizable piece of our investment and R&D budget to help the i-Gruv team respond to customer demand. It's a good problem and we're pretty excited," said Jerry.
