One of the many things these activities have in common is the need for proper lighting. The company was founded in an attempt to bring a better quality headlamp for the outdoor enthusiast.

After working to craft and import a headlamp with the finest features, the company launched the TyLite Headlamp product line in June 2015. The lamps went on sale online including on Amazon, the company's largest outlet for sales. The online market provided the growing company with an endless source of customers who are looking for headlamps for various reasons. Unsatisfied with the initial packaging, the company redesigned a box that would prominently display the headlamp and included batteries in a clear plastic case.
